Our Journey

2012


HRA Was Founded

HRA's vision was formed and founded to serve Georgia retailers by Chirag, Nirav, and Amit!

2013


Building the foundation for Growth

Gained our first member store and 2 vendors / partners.

2015


Growth and Expansion - 700 Members

Reached 2 significant milestones. We were able to increase our members to 700 stores and expanded our services to Alabama.

2016


New Heights: 1K Members

As our members continued to benefit from the growing network of vendors & partners, we reached 1K members. We were also able to host our first annual golf tournament - opening new avenues to serve a greater community through our philanthropic arms.

2018 - 2020


New staff to support our members and grow the base!

As we reached the 2K members milestone, we invested in new staff to support their needs.

2021


Southeast market here we come!

Demand for our services grew into new markets (TN, SC, NC).

2022


Tradeshow

We hosted our first annual tradeshow to bring our community of members, vendors, and partners together!

2023


Giving back - 1st annual scholarship

As we reached 3.5K members, we knew it was important to give back. We kicked off our first annual scholarship program.

2024


Empowering Members Through Innovation

We focused on strengthening the member experience through digital improvements, expanded support systems, and better access to valuable resources. 2024 was all about making HRA more connected, efficient, and member-first than ever before.

Growing Our Southeast Footprint

In 2025, HRA continued its expansion across the Southeast by adding Virginia and Florida to our growing network. This milestone reflects our commitment to reaching more members, strengthening partnerships, and delivering greater value across new markets.
