Member Portal

How to Access the Member Portal

Step 1 — Go to the Website

Open any browser on your phone or computer and go to:

http://www.hramembers.com
This is the official HRA member portal address. Bookmark it on your phone’s home screen so you can access it instantly at any time.

Step 2 — Submit Your Details & Check Your Email

When you register for the first time, fill in your store details and submit the form. Once submitted, you will receive an email with your login credentials and instructions to set up your account. Check your inbox — including your spam folder — if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.

  • First time only: You will receive a welcome email with your username and a link to set your password
  • Returning members: Go directly to hramembers.com and log in with your existing credentials
  • Forgot your password? Use the forgot password link on the login screen or contact your HRA representative

Step 3 — Navigate the Portal Menu

Once logged in, you will see the full portal menu with your store name and HRA account number displayed at the top. The menu contains everything you need:

  • Profile — View and update your business details and contact information
  • Promotions — Browse active vendor promotions and opt in to offers
  • Support & Service Request — Submit a support ticket directly to HRA
  • Rebates — View your rebate reports and quarterly earnings
  • Newsletter — Access the latest HRA newsletters
  • Agreement & Forms — View and download your membership agreements and forms
  • Vendor Program — Browse all HRA vendor partners by category

What You Can Do in the Portal

Feature 1 — Promotions

What Is It?

The Promotions section shows you all active vendor promotions available to your store right now. Each promotion displays the vendor name, brand, offer details, and expiry date — so you always know which deals are live and when they expire.

Vendor promotions are one of the most direct ways to reduce your cost of goods. A promotion you miss because you did not see it in time is money left on the table. The portal puts every active promotion in one place so you never miss an offer relevant to your store. In the video, a RapidXchange propane promotion with expiry date 12-31-2024 is shown — the opt-in button lets you activate it in one tap.

Feature 2 — Rebates

What Is It?

The Rebates section gives you a complete breakdown of your quarterly rebate earnings — by quarter, by year, and by vendor class. You can switch between a chart view and a list view, filter by quarter (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4), and see your total accumulated rebate for the current year at a glance.

What Is It?

The Support & Service Request section lets you submit a support ticket directly to HRA from inside the portal. Your store name, phone number, email address, and location are pre-filled automatically — so all you need to do is select a subject, category, vendor, and priority, then describe your issue.

The Vendor Program section lets you browse all of HRA’s vendor partners organized by product category. Categories include Beverages, Beverage-Energy, Salty Snacks, Novelties, Ice Cream, Propane, ATM, Back Office Software, Merchant Processing, Grocery, Coca-Cola, and more — giving you a full view of every partner program available through your HRA membership.

What You’ll Learn

  • How to navigate all HRA vendor partners organized by category
  • How to find vendors relevant to your store’s specific product mix
  • How to access individual vendor program details and contact information
  • How to identify new vendor categories you may not currently be using
  • How to connect with vendors you have not yet activated through HRA
